| Production method | The preparation method is obtained by the reaction of 2-p-chlorophenylsarcosine and trifluoroacetic anhydride. 28.4g(0.135mol)2-p-chlorophenylsarcosine was dissolved in dry toluene, 20mL trifluoroacetic anhydride was quickly added, and the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 1.0h. Vacuum concentration, residual stripping with toluene for 3 times, removal of unreacted trifluoroacetic anhydride, 40.3g 2-p-chlorophenyl-N-trifluoroacetylsarcosine, the yield is 97%. |
